We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to customers are in perfect condition. Once the product is purchased and sent to a customer, we can not refund the amount due to hygienic reasons. Therefore, please make sure that you are satisfied for the product you are going to purchase.
If you would like to return a product you must first receive an authorization to do so and your return must be received by our company within 30 days from the initial date of purchase. Please email: email@example.com, give us your valid reason for return, and receive the authorization before shipping product back to us.
The cost of shipping any items returned to us will be paid by the customer and if applicable additional handling and processing fees $20-39 USD.
*We do not issue refunds, we only exchange items that have not been opened, used or tampered with. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
After the product is returned to our company, if the items can provide the certain conditions ( not opened, used or tampered with) the buyer can exchange items.
Our company can not be responsible with customs duty. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
